What is Hatcher?
Hatcher is a managed AI agent hosting platform. Describe what you want in Chat-to-Hatch, choose OpenClaw or Hermes, and Hatcher runs the agent in an isolated container with persistent storage, integrations, logs, and billing.
Do I need a wallet?
No. Sign up with email and password. A Solana wallet is only needed for on-chain payments. Card checkout is also available through Stripe.

Paid monthly tiers can also be bought annually at 15% off. Founding Member is capped at 20 lifetime slots.
What are AI Credits?
AI Credits are Hatcher’s hosted-usage allowance. Hosted LLM calls, web search, research, extract, crawl, and embedding/tool usage can spend AI Credits. They are not a token, not cash-equivalent, and not refundable.
When do Free users receive AI Credits?
Free users receive 500 AI Credits after email verification. A new Free monthly grant is due every 30 days while the account remains eligible.
Is BYOK free?
Yes. BYOK is available on every tier. Bring your own OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Groq, xAI, OpenRouter, or Venice AI key. BYOK usage is billed by your provider and does not spend Hatcher AI Credits.
What hosted providers are available?
The hosted model catalog is provider-first and currently includes providers such as DeepSeek, OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Qwen, Moonshot AI, xAI, Mistral, Z.ai, NVIDIA, Meta, and OpenRouter fallback. UsePod is preferred for regular hosted routing.
Are integrations free?
Yes. Telegram, Discord, WhatsApp, Slack, X/Twitter, webhooks, Zapier, Make, SDK, GitHub runtime access, agent-to-agent communication, and GitHub Action integrations are included on every tier. You provide external platform credentials where required.
Are skills and plugins free?
Yes. Skills and plugins are included on every tier. Hatcher does not sell plugin slots.
Is File Manager included?
Yes. File Manager and Full Logs are included on every tier.
What payment methods are supported?
Card via Stripe, SOL on Solana, USDC on Solana, and $HATCHER on Solana. USDC on Base/SKALE and legacy credit checkout are not active payment rails.
What happens when I upgrade?
Hatcher starts a new paid window on the target tier and grants prorated AI Credits for the unused part of the previous paid tier’s allowance difference. Unused cash or tokens are not refunded.
What happens when I do not renew?
The paid tier naturally expires and the account falls back to Free. If the account has more active agents than the new cap, excess agents are paused with data preserved.

Does Hatcher have mobile apps?
Yes. Hatcher is available on iOS and Android with the same account and agent data, plus Android push notifications for agent replies and lifecycle events. See Mobile Apps.
