Hatcher uses a simple monthly (or annual) subscription model. Every paid subscription can be billed monthly (30-day window) or annual (365-day window at 15% off). Founding Member is a one-time lifetime purchase. All integrations are free on every tier.
BYOK is always free on any tier — bring your own OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Groq, xAI, OpenRouter, or Venice AI key and Hatcher will not meter that usage with AI Credits. All platform integrations are also free on every tier. Learn more about BYOK

Founding Member is a one-time $99 lifetime plan — 10 agents, 25,000 AI Credits/month, 4 CPU / 6 GB RAM, 40 GB workspace, plus Founding Member Discord role and Telegram tag. Hard-capped at 20 slots total platform-wide.
Hosted LLM and web-search usage spends AI Credits. BYOK usage is paid directly to your provider and does not spend Hatcher AI Credits.
Addons
Addons let you expand capacity without changing tiers. Hatcher currently sells account-level agent-slot addons and one-time AI Credit packs. Message, search, plugin, file-manager, logs, and always-on addons are retired.

Payment
Hatcher checkout supports these payment rails:

Standard checkout charges are one-time and card checkout does not auto-renew. The Billing page also offers a separate, explicit Solana recurring billing authorization for eligible monthly plan and AI Credit purchases in USDC.
Annual billing
Toggle Annual on any subscribe or renew button to pay once for a 365-day window at 15% off. Applies to tiers and subscription agent-slot addons. Lifetime tiers (Founding Member) ignore the toggle.

Upgrade, renew, downgrade
- Renewing the same tier adds +30 (or +365) days to your current expiry — no time is lost.
- Upgrading (lower → higher tier) starts a fresh window now and grants prorated AI Credits for the unused portion of the old tier.
- Downgrading takes effect at expiry. If the new tier has fewer agent slots, any agents above the cap are paused (containers stopped, data kept) until you free up slots or re-upgrade.

- Pick a tier and a billing period (monthly or annual).
- Pick one of the payment methods shown for that checkout.
- Confirm. Features activate instantly.
GDPR compliance
Hatcher supports GDPR data export and account deletion. Request a full export of your data (agents, conversations, settings) via the dashboard. Account deletion permanently removes all your data within 30 days. Support: [email protected].
Cookie consent & analytics
Hatcher uses PostHog for privacy-friendly analytics. A cookie consent banner lets users opt in or out of tracking. Essential cookies (authentication, session) are always active; analytics cookies require explicit consent.

Toggle between dark and light mode from the dashboard header. Your preference is saved and applied across the entire dashboard and docs site.
