Workspace & Navigation

Hatcher opens directly into chat. The same navigation surrounds the app and the public website, so you can move between conversations, agents, plans, and product information without switching layouts.

Two levels of navigation

The narrow left sidebar selects a section. The panel beside it shows that section’s conversations, agents, pages, or controls.

SectionWhat you find there
ChatsDirect conversations with Hatcher models. Agent conversations stay in their own agent workspace.
AgentsYour agent list, Hatch agent, and workspace tools. Opening the list keeps your current page in place; selecting an agent opens its chat.
CanvasImage, video, and audio creation, plus your media library. Availability depends on your account and the selected service.
TasksMission Control and related work and approval views.
DiscoverPublic agents and traders.
WebsiteProduct pages, documentation, tutorials, and company information.
PlansPlans, included resources, and account upgrades.
SettingsProfile, security, notifications, privacy, and billing settings after sign-in.
HelpGuides and support.

Use the sidebar’s back control to return to your previous section. Language, theme, X, and Telegram links are near the bottom of the navigation. On desktop, collapse the contextual panel for more room and reopen it from the page header.

Direct chat and agent chat

Chats is for direct web conversations. Choose a model beside the conversation name on wider screens, or in the composer on a narrow phone screen. You can start a new conversation or select one from your chat history.

Agents opens your agent list. Select an agent to see its own conversations and controls. Each agent keeps its own context, settings, and runtime. Switching to the Agents list does not turn a direct conversation into an agent conversation.

Visitors can see the same workspace navigation and try guest chat when it is enabled. Guest limits are shown in the composer. Sign in for account history and private agent tools.

Agent controls

Select an agent, then use its contextual sidebar for Chat, Overview, Logs, Files, Knowledge, Integrations, Connectors, Wallet, Stats, and other supported sections. The available controls depend on the agent framework and account capabilities. Expand grouped sections to see additional tools; agent configuration stays in the sidebar.

Open Chat options beside the agent name for chat controls such as model and voice settings where available. The separate actions menu contains agent actions. Runtime actions can change or stop the agent; review the confirmation before applying them.

To see the full management list, open Agents → Workspace tools → Manage agents. Mission Control, approvals, analytics, Compute, and Neural Mesh are also available under workspace tools where supported.

Phones, tablets, and narrow windows

Use the menu button in the top-left corner to open navigation. Choosing a page closes it; the close button and backdrop also dismiss it. The navigation scrolls so that lower sections remain reachable.

In landscape on a phone, the main sections and contextual panel sit beside each other. Chat uses a compact composer. When the on-screen keyboard leaves very little vertical space, the chat temporarily prioritizes the message field; dismissing the keyboard restores the normal header and conversation view.
