Getting Started
Create your first Hatcher agent with an email account only. No wallet or card is required for the Free tier.
New Free accounts receive 500 AI Credits after email verification, then another Free grant every 30 days while the account remains eligible. BYOK is always free and does not spend Hatcher AI Credits.
Create your account
Go to hatcher.host , click Create a free account, enter your email, username, and password, then verify your email.

Open the dashboard
After email verification, sign in and open the dashboard. This is where you create agents, monitor usage, manage billing, and open each agent workspace.
The current dashboard includes Mission Control, Approvals, analytics, billing, and agent management alongside your agent list.
Describe the agent in Chat-to-Hatch
Use Chat-to-Hatch to describe what you want to build. Hatcher drafts the framework, model, identity files, integrations, and launch settings for review.
Open Build → Hatch agent. The assistant turns your brief into a reviewable agent spec; nothing launches until you confirm it.
Choose a framework
Hatcher supports two managed frameworks:
| Framework | Best for | Highlights |
|---|---|---|
| OpenClaw | Automation, workflows, multi-channel agents | ClawHub skills, gateway routing, scheduled actions, platform connectors |
| Hermes | Conversational agents that learn over time | SOUL.md, MEMORY.md, toolsets, cron, persistent workspace memory |
Both frameworks are available on every plan. Pick based on the agent you want, not pricing.
Choose a model
Hosted agents use the Hatcher model network. The selector separates Hatcher-routed models from supported partner routes and lets you filter by provider, capability, network, and cost. Hosted usage spends AI Credits according to the route shown before launch.
To pay your model provider directly, switch to BYOK and add your own key from OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Groq, xAI, OpenRouter, or Venice AI.
Connect integrations
All integrations are included on every tier. You only provide the platform credentials:
- Telegram bot token from @BotFather
- Discord bot token from the Discord Developer Portal
- WhatsApp QR pairing
- Slack bot/app tokens
- X/Twitter developer keys
- Webhooks, Zapier, Make, SDK, and GitHub Action
- Trusted remote MCP servers with per-agent tool allowlists
Launch and chat
Click Launch Agent. Hatcher generates the framework config, creates the isolated runtime and persistent workspace, then opens the agent control room. From there you can use chat, logs, files, config, integrations, terminal, connectors, wallets, and activity controls supported by that agent.
